Tampa Bay Equity Partners, LLC is a private investment company based in Tampa Bay, Florida and managed by a team of qualified international professionals in the investment, legal, and real estate markets focusing, but not limited to the Tampa Bay area on the West Coast of Florida in the United States.
The objective of the business is to attract key investors as partners - to offer solid guarenteed* returns based on a balanced portfolio of real estate backed investments. In turn, the fund will offer short term development and bridging loans to promising real estate based properties - secured by a first mortgage on the projects.
Each offered loan is evaluated based on a miimum orderly liquidation value, secured by the real estate.
Tampa Bay Equity Partners LLC has well over 30 years of financial-planning experience between it's partners.
